Terms & Cancellations

1. Appointments & Arrivals

We value your time and ours. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This ensures you receive the full duration of your service.

• Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• For full spa sessions, we recommend arriving 20 minutes early.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. However, to respect our stylists' schedules:

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
• Repeated "No-Shows" may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

3. Payments

Payments are due immediately upon completion of service. We accept Cash and Bank Transfers.
